I've read that you need to have someone accompany you for assisted suicide. They need to identify you before and after death as it were. Has anyone else heard that?

Not that I would even qualify for it. Not that I imagine a fair quantity of people here would be accepted too but- let's say you were. Would you have someone in your life who would support you like that? I don't think I have really. Plus, I'd feel bad putting them through that.

I remember, there was a member here who used to volunteer to accompany people. I thought that was so kind. Brave too. Although I support assisted suicide, I think I'd cry if I witnessed it. Even with a relative stranger.
