Method Aspirin and Iron Tablets

Theoretically, if one were to continuously take say three iron pills, then an aspirin, then three more iron pills, then an aspirin, and so on repeatedly for an entire day could they induce in themselves cardiac arrest? Not the most painless way to go but let's just say in theory (the iron pills being once a day only, same for the aspirin)

Well I already destroyed that by ODing on ibuprofen and alcohol. Damn
