Not sure the robot is sentient enough to 'act' the way they describe but, it's a good metaphor for life:
Another Performance Artist I find fascinating is this guy... He punched a clocking in card on the hour every hour for a year (including at night.) I know it probably seems kind of pointless but then, work can feel that way too. Even though you know it's paying for your food etc.
I also liked the thought that he was representing workers all around the world, tired from not getting enough sleep or, having to get up at some crazy hour to go to work. Imagine his relief when it was over!
I know Art isn't everyone's cup of tea. I'm hoping this thread can be about all art forms. Music, games, books, poems, drawings- whatever. Anything where you think art is mirroring or making a comment on life.
