It's like a business deal. Divorces are rare because the families force them to stay together. There are many instances that they have affairs with their previous lovers also. I don't support arranged marriages even though there is one small upside to them. Even an ugly guy with no game can get a chance to experience love if they are just given a wife and told to stay together. No need to learn how to be a total jerk just to impress someone. Chances are that ugly guy is a really good person. Choice is very important, but what about those who get completely left out through no fault of their own? Still, it's a good thing that arranged marriages are less common as time goes on.
