I personally wouldnt choose Argon. Nitrogen is the gas of choice. It has the least chance of creating panic reflex. The atmosphere is about ~74%ish nitrogen which means the body is already adapted to inhaling it. Try searching for nitrogen / inert gas here. There are some successes.

As far as mask I'm not sure CPAP is sufficient as they tend to be cheap and let oxygen in. The two best choices are SAR masks or scuba masks with the latter being a bit more expensive.

There is a lot of info between here and youtube about exit bags. I personally dont like the idea but Exit International and other similar assisted death groups recommend it.

Welcome...

Argon will work fine.

You need the tank of gas, a correct-type of regulator, some thin tubing and a properly constructed exit bag.

Calm down, take just a bit of time, do just a bit of reading. Start with the Exit Bag & Inert Gas mega-thread in the research section of this site. The OP did a great job of describing--clearly and step-by-step--exactly what to do and how to do it. Just the first few pages is enough.

Next read the link to the PPH (Peaceful Pill Handbook), which outlines the same process, also step-by-step, with pictures.

There are also numerous videos on YouTube showing you how to set up the tank and regulator, how to make a simple exit bag.

Tried and true, been used for decades, when done calmly, carefully and correctly, 100% effective.

Research and a determined frame of mind go a long way. If you are serious. If not, please realize that this community cares about you, and we are here 24/7.
Please research any future attempts. If you aren't able to, that is a sign that you need to talk to us on the recovery thread.
Sending peace and comfort,

Endingofitall,

A long-awaited device called the "debreather" is now available for sale. It uses the same principle as the exit bag method but in a ready-to-use product without all the technical concerns. You just put the mask on your face, keep breathing and the device does all the rest.

You can read about it at the following two links:

https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/thoughts-on-the-debreather.14517/post-515076

In the second link I posted about Nitschke, the debreather is available from the URL that has the word "right" in it. The second URL included isn't active.

This site has many of the resources you need to properly research your method. I know you want peace as soon as possible, but knowing what you're doing and understanding how to do it properly are important. You may realize that another method is better for you, you may realize that this isn't what you want, or you may figure out how to go through with your chosen method. We're here no matter what!

I'm sorry but I'm not spoon feeding you a death recipe. Do your own research. There is plenty of information here. The search bar is your friend.

He is right. Masks mostly not airtight and will allow oxygen to flow in. Better try a inert-gas hood.
