Do you believe in God? Me not. Even the concept of the all-mighty thing who created universe and life seems nonsense. Humanity is too insignificant.

Not at all. I have no faith in religion.
Just a story told by a few people who wanted to control the masses in the past. I believe it'll die out eventually with the advent of science and the newer generations will understand the silliness of it all.

Nope. And the sway religion holds over people is one of the many reasons I'm suicidal.

I believe in the God of the Catholic bible yes. I mean that's what I was raised on, so I choose to stick with it until I die.

LaVayan Satanist. We don't believe in a creator, but ourselves and our own power. Not in some mystical way, but using our wits to get through life and get what we want.

Earth itself us too small. You can read and watch about supermassive black holes, quasars, galactics. I am sure, that there are more inhabited planets.

No, I don't and I believe such to be invented by humans and completely fictional, to me existence just feels like a terrible tragic mistake that just causes harm and suffering with no deeper purpose behind it, to me existence really is an abomination and I'd prefer to not exist than suffer no matter what, I just wish to be unconscious for all eternity with this futile, torturous and deeply undesirable existence finally all forgotten about.

You don't want to exist as physical body, or you don't want to exist at all?

I don't know if you would call it religious or not, but I believe everything was created by an evil God. We exist in a hell realm that was designed to be that way, and that is why so many people and animals suffer and die horribly every day. This probably happens on planets outside of Earth too would be my guess.

There has to be a higher power... something created all this...
That doesn't mean that higher power is bound to any religion created on this planet. It's possible that some entity created it. Or participated in its creation. You might be right.

I think they're what you call aliens.😅

No, I don't believe it. If there is something greater than us, we will never know about it, maybe only after death. Looking at what is happening in the world, at the whole history of mankind, I am not sure that it could be created by a rational being in any way. Rather, everything is chaos.

I believe that something exists, and it communicates through images, feelings, coincidences. It's something subconscious, hidden in art and human activity. Someone more rational might say that it's just your brain playing with you. Like when you think about something a lot, you start seeing it everywhere. I don't know.

I believe what the Gnostic Jews believe which is that angels voted against the creation of humans since we were going to end up being a corrupt and nasty invention, and then look what happened

I try to be as not-human possible

I was brought up to be catholic but went to on to hate God cus of the suffering that I and many experience and then to being agnostic as then I became unsure of God's or an afterlife's existence to then being full atheist as I felt like God was something made up by humans and to me permanent non-existence after death is the most logical conclusion. It doesn't make at all sense to me if God did exist then why he would be considered loving as someone who is loving won't cause so much pain onto some of us and you know how some religions call him a father? He sounds like a favoritistic farther to me. I was able to become full on atheist thanks to some members here that have reassured me that no God exists. I prefer there to not there be a God or after-life as I don't want to feel any kind of suffering or feelings or to do anything so non-existence is the only thing that gives me what I want.

what I looked up this might fit into some belief like Dystheism.

I choose to believe I am a religious man. When the depression isn't bad, I go to Mass weekly or more. I ask God to relieve my problems, but He doesn't. I try to do my best by my faith and it still just gets harder and harder each day. Not just to exist, but to care.

I sing in my local choir which means I have to be there an hour before everyone else. But on days I can't function, I can't get up. Which means I can't sing which means I can't go because the first thing I'm asked is "Why aren't you singing?"

My mental health is shot and when I pray for relief, that's when God tests me. Which doesn't make sense.

There is something out there, I guess we could call it a god? Raised Jewish, someone once tried to talk me into Catholicism and while I enjoyed the sense of order I didn't agree with a lot of the details. Agnostic is probably how I would describe myself now.

I'd like to believe in some sort of Universalist and non-dogmatic kind of Christianity because of my fear of death but it still isn't believable to me due to the advent of science. Hopefully my brain rotting from aging in the future will make it more convincing.

I'm agnostic. Maybe some sort of deity created us, maybe not. I don't think we will ever find out in our lifetimes, if ever. Even if we do, the answer to how we came to be may be beyond our comprehension.

Very relatable. Praying and searching for power and answers but it is all blank. Really frustrating. God provides us with signs and power, we "just" have to find the signs. Really hard but I'm trying to keep hope on this verse in the Bible:
Matthew 7:7: "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you"

To @Raindancer and @Bismillah6925:
1. May i ask what have kept you left on this earth?
2. Do you believe in hell and do you think people who are commiting suicide going to hell?

Yes. But I don't believe everything in the Bible. My favorite psalm is Psalm 50 "Miserere".
You can't know for sure that there is life on other planets
