No I'm not okay at all but I do appreciate your concern.

My problem is that my sinuses drain down my throat and it makes me gag badly enough that I have thrown up because of it. This problem tormented me all through my childhood and teenage years until I got a surgery on my nose that seemed to fix it for several years.

Unfortunately in just the last couple of years the problem came back with a vengeance and it's gotten progressively worse. Now it's so bad I can't even do my job when I'm at work and it's nearly impossible to enjoy my time off when I'm at home. Out of all the problems I've had this is the one that's going to do me in. It's the reason I'm going to exit in a couple months.
