Are you likely to vomit SN quickly if you gag when brushing the back of your tongue?

I've been brushing the back of my tongue to try and suppress my gag reflex. When I go too far, I always gag(but no vomit). Is this a bad sign?

It will be the stomach that decides if you vomit or not. You will probably have no problem swallowing it but the stomach has a mind of it's own and it probably will reject it.
