• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I could very well understand that. Me and my friends are also very concerned. Our country had the original nazis and the AfD is just another version of that. The party became more and more extreme. In contrast to other far-right parties in Europe they have not become more pragmatic. They radicalized much more and more. Also in the campaign election. There was the Nazi NS-slogan "Alles für Deutschland" and the first name of the candidate is Alice (Weidel) and there were many election postsers of the AfD "Alice für Deutschland".

Here to the question whether they are Nazis.
I am German. And I can confirm yes they are Nazis. There are certainly powerful fascists (like Björn Höcke) in this party. But some of them are also opportunists and careerist. They are very dangerous. Björn Höcke is one of the most powerful person in this party. Look him up. Other members of his party could not differentiate between quotes of Höcke's books and Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf. This was already years ago and now the extreme wing of the party becomes more and more powerful. The opportunists thought they could control the extremists in this party. They were wrong. Eventually almost all of them had to leave the party.
Europe is rightfully afraid of them.

Yes, I am afraid they might gain more power. I saw a map showing how they got a lot of votes in East Germany. I fear that the new government will create some chaos and that it will drive more people into the arms of AfD.

I don't know how to exactly answer the second question, but they are far-right for sure.

It's scary, yes. I don't know if it's correct to call them Nazis but it doesn't really matter. Some people complain that they are not literally nazis, since they aren't affiliated to the Nazi party. But call them nazis, call them (neo?)fascists, call them far right authoritarian. They are in any case horrible people and horrible politicians.

The AfD is definitively not far right, the AfD is like the CDU 50 years ago. Their leader is female, lesbian and alliet with a lady from Sri Lanka. Is that far right? I am afraid of all the communists and Stalinists in public positions. Communism has caused more then twice as much deaths than fascism.

They are allied with other far right parties in europe, like the "Our Homeland" party , which openly do seig hails ("roman salutes"),call lgbtq persons mentally ill, wants the death punishment back and i could go on. I think the situation in germany is little bit more complicated. Due to their past, obviously their moving range is limited for far right parties. It's extremely hard to push israel critics, anti minority or anti lgbtq sentiments. You can't even do the first one.
