I phoned NHS 24 yesterday, pressed the numbers the recorded messages told me to, and then heard a recorded message say 'Thank you for your call. We're now going to disconnect you.' ! And they did.

I don't even know who to contact for an explanation.

What's going on here!!?

Overloaded healthcare systems do that. Yes.
COVID is raging through the healthcare system and so many people are off sick that they can't continue normal levels of care. Not just in the UK. Same in Canada. We have had smaller ERs in rural areas close for days because there simply aren't enough staff available.

Ain't covid, it's comorbidities in combination with the vaccine, the toxicity of our environment, food, overloaded electrical field we live in, any & all colds/flus being marked down as covid. Alongside all this you've got ppl that enjoyed their extended time off work due to shut it down mandates looking for any excuse to get out of working while still being paid to stay home.

The more of those mrna shots you take the weaker your immune system becomes to pretty much anything you would shrug off after a week or two pre 2019.

It's a multi tiered situation.

So why can't they just say "We're too busy to help you right now, please call back later" so I know why they've disconnected me? The way the NHS treat me is crazy!

The Brits and Europeans are now learning there is no such thing as "Free" healthcare. they kept it "free" at the point of delivery for so long by looting resources from other continents and propping up your own public health systems. Reality is now punishing the Europeans for their crimes across the globe

It isn't free because:

- you looted the oil to build it out. Ambulances , medicinal devices , power all of this from looted resources across the globe
- massive boomer liabilities that weren't budgeted for burdening future generations
-The environmental impact of the health system

That is absolute nonsense. The NHS was built by the post-war Labour government, for the common good.
Whilst I would agree that the British governments in particular have been some of the worst looters, it is simply not accurate to say it's the proceeds of looting that have kept the NHS going. It's a simple matter of tax allocation and greed for private profit, nothing more, nothing less.

Built for the common good of the British paid for by money and resources they had looted from the rest of the world. As we type at this very moment there are people in NHS hospitals being treated by medical equipment manufactured from stolen Iraqi oil.

No amount of obfuscation will change these facts. No amount of whining will stop the bitch queen of England when the grim reaper comes to claim her

Ahhh I see. This is like one of those quotes by a disgruntled working-class Tory voter - "Why should MY taxes pay for someone on benefits to have a packet of cigarettes?"
There is a common pot of money, and nobody literally pays for anyone to have a pack of cigs, it's such arrogance to even think that.
The government decide where the money should go, and at present they want to defund the NHS in favour of private profit, as is the Tory way. This has nothing to do with running out of countries to loot. I'm pretty sure that's still going on.
How about the countries with good nationalised healthcare who don't loot other countries? How do you think they pay for it?
