Method Are hangings good for impulsive attempts?

I really feel like ending it all RIGHT NOW. I'm so fucking tired, like DAMN!!!!!! Is a bedsheet or extension wire and a door hanger for jackets enough for partial hanging?

i mean sure, you can try it

the only thing is that if you do anything w/o proper research you'll most likely to fail

failure builds up even more frustration and everything else negative

before you know everything starts to hurt and you end up giving up on your attempt

tldr; if you wanna do it properly, do your research
