Method Anything that I can use in combination with tramadol?

I have significant amounts of tramadol saved up but from my understanding the chances of CTB are really low with that alone. So I guess it would just be to reduce the general suffering involved. Lab grade barium chloride is available to me Off of online stores but I don't know if that's the really toxic version or not.
I'm not planning on doing anything anytime soon I just wanted to see if I could get my ducks in order so to speak.
I suffer from small fiber neuropathy and it's caused me an unbelievable amount of pain
