I sleep around 12 hours (with two or three interruptions) and have such interesting, vivid, pleasant and realistic dreams.
Some of it is material for movies and / or books especially some of the more erotic stuff lol.

Do you mean lucid dreaming where you are in total control of what's going on?
Oddly I was only able to this when I was younger and always super disappointed when waking up.

Do you have a nootropic stack to minimise sleep interruptions and insomnia? I like sleepmaxxing to avoid living in the first place lol.

Sort of like a psychic sudo.
I use audiobooks/videos to augment my dreams to varying effect.
There's a more au natural approach by way of discipline/training
doesn't work as well.

I have developed tricks in my dreams that i use regularly
if a nightmare shows up, i drag it into space
rip "reality" open and shove said nightmare into oblivion.
that kind of thing.

I do find myself unsettled sometimes when the cheeseburger i ordered
in my dream isn't in my email yet.

so some trippiness, but the approach does help me with my anger.
i have alot of anger.
alot.
like i mean wow.
it scares me.

failures with lucid dreaming make me want to CTB even more...
because lucid dreaming is the only way for me to feel alive and loved :(

however, my non-lucid dreams also seem quite vivid (i'm not taking any antidepressants or drugs).

BIG TIME. I spend the 90% of my time either sleeping or daydreaming while listening to music. My biggest worry about starting my job in a few months is that I'll be woken up and have to be reminded how sad my life actually is.

Hopefully your new job will give you a mental boost. I've had jobs that did that, usually if the people there were nice and created a fun work environment.

I'm late to this party but absolutely. However, I am foolish enough to try to change my reality to match my fantasy. Sometimes I succeed. Sometimes I fail.

I'd only ever get a job for the money, it rules over everything on this planet stupidly enough, I mean, perhaps the social interactions would be nice but I highly doubt it, depends what job and where you work.
