Anyone who thinks they have successfully understood anagrams ligature post -- what are dos don'ts

A lot of people in anagrams post said they are frustrated yet anagram claimed people have success.

What is it I'm not getting? The rope is a little tight, I get a little dizzy, but I can't expect to ctb with this.

I'm stuck with this option because it is best one for my circumstances

Anagrams post was one of the most confusing things I've ever read. People who post about methods on here and write out these detailed complicated posts drive me crazy. Please consider so many on here are so stressed or physically/mentally ill it is hard to comprehend some things. Like the dark web and tor and other things. It's hard because when u ask u often get a hateful response or made fun of. I sometimes feel just as bullied on here as in life and we are the last group of people who should be bullying each other. If I could help u understand this method I would but it gave me a headache trying to understand. I guess I can say I've finally lost the last thing I had. My mind.

i genuinely can't believe people that says it works for them since the post sounds so convoluted. like @AllWentWrong, i tried to follow the instructions in the post since i thought it'd be easy, but i just had a head swelling feeling and i didn't get close to passing out at all. it just seems like an attempt that worked specifically for anagram.

Yeah I read some other ligature posts. Apparently the key is to tighten very quickly to immediately stop blood flow.
