Anyone who thinks they have successfully understood anagrams ligature post -- what are dos don'ts

A lot of people in anagrams post said they are frustrated yet anagram claimed people have success.

What is it I'm not getting? The rope is a little tight, I get a little dizzy, but I can't expect to ctb with this.

I'm stuck with this option because it is best one for my circumstances

Is there anyone who really dislikes it, could you say why? My guess is, of its done wrong you can suffer a lot.
