• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It feels like just to try to make it in life in a race that's not only not fair but also non-rewarding. It feels like either you're at the top or you're at the bottom no in between.

Im done tbh

It's one of my reasons.

Here on my country there's this guy who went living on the streets on purpose because he got tired of competing.

But the funny thing is that he always succeeded on life. He said that his victory isn't worth the sadness of the loosers.

Then he went living with homeless people on the streets because he didn't want to compete anymore.

He said it was a relief, he didn't need to prove anymore to anyone that he's cappable of winning, he gave up.

Today he lives selling hand made stuff on the streets. But he comes from a rich family.

I agree with this guy 100%, I gave up, I don't even try anymore. People live in the mindset of "if I don't do it someone else will", so to change this someone has to let it go and accept its own "failure", stop competing.

Yep, and those who are absolute winners right now are able to control everything from money to media to goverments and legislation to keep the competition going. And there are enough people winning enough that they are willing to keep status quo. Until they find out that the group of winners will get smaller and smaller. And not everyone will be able to live of with their past winnings.

But I guess world has always been competition and people have always been crushed for the profit of the some. Nowadays those who had chances to be winners in past are finding themselves in other side of the coin created by greed.

Mine is also that along with wording life circumstances that I can't even step into the first steps of living a life. Maybe that'll change soon but I have a feeling it won't

I really don't care about the race, position etc, if I could I'd happily neet for the rest of my life disconnected from society. Unfortunately until I figure out how I can survive without stable income I have to participate in a way.

that would be the dream, wish I could that as well, would be much easier to detach myself from this world.

Hence why I have been considering joining a monastery. It comes with its own challenges though. But overall doesn't sound too bad: you can concentrate on learning, supporting your own little community, and spend a lot of time alone. And you're always away from the world.
