It seems like the easiest site to use but they require a lot of info including a pic of your ID and have apparently shut down people's accounts for buying like, weed before or using it for gambling. Do you think I should just use an ATM? Their fees are way higher. I can't use the ones he suggested. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, SN scares me for that reason. I don't trust myself with something that isn't simple and hard to mess up.

I have an account with them and have never experienced any problem.

You set up a Coinbase account, purchase what you need, but importantly you then need to transfer your coins out of coinbase to another wallet like Electrum (if i can do it must be easy) then from the other non coinbase wallet pay A.

Either of you are welcome to Pm me if you want more info.

I've been using Coinbase for years and never had any problems. Like @Letmego. Please said, always transfer the coins to your own private wallet after purchasing. If you don't want to provide ID, you can use localbitcoins instead but it will be more expensive.

It's best to use a desktop/private wallet. That's what people who buy illegal drugs use. The one I use is called Exodus. Just google "exodus wallet" into google and it'll be the first result.

You can still buy your bitcoin on coinbase, send from coinbase to your desktop wallet, and then send it from the desktop wallet. That removes a direct link from your Coinbase to whoever you're paying.

There's also a app called LibertyX which lets you buy bitcoin at local stores. For example, I can go to a gas station here and buy a code which I can then redeem.

Problem is I don't have a desktop anymore. Guess I'll try Wu or MoneyGram if the time ever comes.

But there was a user that just got his N and used coinbase for everything, so is it really that big of deal?

No, not really. It's just an extra safety measure.
You'd very likely be fine with just coinbase.
