I agree. I've sat 9 times and saw a lot of people work through some heavy shit. People can do a complete transformation after 5 ceremonies. I'd recommend that and kambo. Kambo is a good stepping stone to start to cleanse the physical body and then aya to get deeper and work on the spirit. Look at IAKP.org and you can find a practitioner in your area. I was never suicidal until covid which messed up everything for my life, but aya and kambo were the two main medicines to help with massive health issues.

Funny that you mentioned it cause I'm determined to try it before I go and have searched for it just a few days ago. I found a place in the Netherlands that ships throughout Europe and will order soon. Maybe it's not the smartest thing to do it alone and without guidance, but I've done my share of hallucinogenics and consider myself a veteran psychonaut, for what its worth lol

Btw, now I'm microdosing psylocibin, but I don't see much of an effect.

Depending on where your from, You should avoid ordering from NL. It's literally the top of the list for LE. Even orders that are deemed legit stealth.

But I am a bit on the paranoid side, so now you have given me something to think about lol On the other hand, the psylocibin (bought also from a legit store) came without problems. We'll see.

You'll need to be careful with that. DMT opens you up to the spirit world and makes you vulnerable to negative entities attaching onto your spirit which can cause a host of issues, so having an energetically clean space is very important. I'm assuming that's what's added to that guys connors issues. He's not doing it safely and over doing it. Nothing can prepare for a DMT trip. It's a whole different world. If it's your first time I wouldn't do it alone.

They will need to protect themselves as well. I suggest you buy this Amazon product ASIN B00CQ88K1K. I'd mix about 1/4 bottle in a bucket of water and woth a small bowl, slowly pour all over yourself including completely saturating your head. Allow to dry off naturally. Don't wipe yourself dry. This will help with protection. Do a couple of hours prior to drinking. Also get mapacho rolls like this https://www.matsesherbs.com/shop/et...mapacho-fresh-rustica-incense-roll-ayahuasca/ . Dont inhale, but puff the smoke into all corners of the room, and everywhere inside it. Let sit for 5 min, open up the windows to let spirits out, then repeat it try keep some smoke lingering. Also both of you need to blow smoke over yourselves, e.g one puff per each side of arm, chest head, feet etc. eveytbing. You can both do it on each other. Then swallow 3 puffs one at a time into your stomach and one puff inot your lungs if you can. If not, all good. This is so no spirits can come down through your throat and then gargle a cap full of Florida water with water and spit out. That's the most easiest form of protection you can do. I would also add some Palo Santo smoke around the room as well. Do all that just before you drink. Don't eat for 6 hours beofre and make sure you have a bucket. Look at the diet guidelines online. There's prep to help get the most out of the experience. I don't advise doing it without someone experienced but it's your choice and at least you'll have some protection. If you have trouble spewing, smoke some mapacho. That helps to get things moving. I only did half a dose my first time and I was out the gate for 9 hours. Everyone is different. Make sure you do thorough research. Anyone doing straight DMT should being this sort of protection. Lots going on in the spirit world and they like to grab onto other energies. Goodluck

Apparently it's popular in Brazil. One of my acquaintances there has hinted at it so next time I go there I might try it. The whole experience with shamans and tribal rituals and stuff. Could be pretty cool.
