im aware its also an ED med which i do struggle with could that be a way to get it without a physiologist

yes, adderall. pretty painless overall and a cheap supply. definitely not counterfit, I haven't tested it but I can tell the difference between the two.

well i can get Vyvanse perscribed but i would need to work for like 40-70 hours for just the diagnosis (ignoring tax) and like i just dont have that option rn
