Anyone know how to backup internet history?

Does anyone have any idea how to backup your internet history, specifically from Firefox. I've been looking around but it seems like there's no obvious way to do it. Only lets you backup bookmarks. Was curious if anyone here happened to have experience with this process? I doubt it but thought it was worth a shot.
