Im not an expert but if they are pressed blues that is a lottery. They can have any fent analogue that is not even real fent. You should know the exact active compound and the quantity on each pill to make proper calculations, and you can only know this in a lab.
There was a case here recently but he took 2,000 times the lethal dose of isonitazene. Thats a well executed plan.
