Anyone feel under pressure to end things

A close family member moves across other side world in just under two months. So I cannot do anything just weeks after he leaves. So I feel under terrible pressure and then parents go abroad for a month. i would not want to do anythjng whike they are abroad. I'm in total torture and I do not feel I have a year left in this condition but terrified to die so still holding out that something can help my condition.

I was there about six months ago. Things got worse for me and now I'm leaving soon.

Similar sitation? Even months after family member leave I cant imagine them coming back alone on such long flight after bad news.

I don't live with family so I guess I don't have that similar pressure. Even if I did, I wouldn't do it in the house… But that's just me.
