Anyone Failed after attempting SN? Why?

Hi guys,
If there are people that are still here that attempted SN but failed. Can I know your reasons?
I guess this also gives a lot of info to others not to make the same mistake when they do it.

Vomiting most of it, not taking anti-emetics and being found are the top reasons.

If it's a single stat dose of meto people can still vomit. Much more unlikely with a full regimen.

Well, do they fail with the stat dose? EXIT only uses a stat dose. I can't really commit to the full regimen.

I'm just basing off of a report here of course, that someone failed with single stat dose.

It's probably not a hugely common thing to vomit from that though. Just possible still.

I would do probably do like 24 hours regimen instead. like double the dose of the regimen. and do stat dose in the end just to be safe

are they half unconscious? I called my mom like that from my overdose on amitriptyline so I dont want to make same mistake or jump out of the window 6 feet down from my apartment if I hallucinate again.
I was thinking of putting ducktape on mouth and legs and arms, but it makes the last experience of life so bad :/
