I tried doing 2 hour walks on the weekends and playing badminton 20 minutes Mon- Fri. Guess what, It still hurts and it's still shit. There is no "runners high" for me.

I'm not doubting that some people genuinely enjoy exercise but please, don't push that on others.

MY SUICIDAL THOUGHTS RISING.

Funnily enough, my rumination increases when I walk. People say walks are helpful for relaxing but I find that my thoughts actually get more intense.

I used to enjoy exercising. I would walk for 6 - 8 kilometers every day and lift weights for 30 minutes and I felt great. I was always horny and I'd go and have sex with escorts. But after I injured my penis everything changed. I could barely leave my bed and make a soup, since I had no appetite for anything else. I also worried about STDs and had severe panic attacks. I did not recover since then.

This is what happens to me. The more I do any physical effort, the more intense are my thoughts and my negative emotions too.

Even if there is no goal or I do everything right, the process of doing exercise feels very frustrating to me. It's like wasting my energy, I think things like "I don't like this, why am I doing this, whai will I win?", etc.

I enjoy walking when it doesn't imply a effort because I'm not getting tired. Now, when my body is consuming too much energy, the experience is everything except relaxing.

I do workouts at home using various apps, but I don't feel good while doing it, it feels too exhausting and painful.
But I have to do it because I want to look decent when I start college in october.

Yes. I can do the recommended amount of exercise and work so hard that my face goes all red, but still not feel any better. I did at first, but the runners high doesn't have the same affect anymore.

When I exercise I need to be distracted by playing a team sport for example. Going for a run just gives me time in my own head which by far outweighs any runners high.
