some people are genuinely effected that I keep stuffed animals but more specifically the fact I still drink tea with my lion and somtimes I collect them all together to join, I know it's weird but I don't care it's better then everyone's general conversation topics, I hate the generic questions were all basically programmed to ask, no no more like programmed to act, the whole

"what's the family up to"
"How the job"
"let me rant about my dissatisfaction with are economy but go on to give out problems instead of solutions just propelling the same violent cycle forward"
Sorry that one was kinda specific,there's just oddly a lot of it, I hate my own kind so deeply, we can be good but ultimately we're bad, to each there own ofcourse, sorry now I'm just spirling and ranting aaaaaa but I hope you what I'm getting at, but I'm not hurting anyone drinking tea with a stuffed lion or well tiger whatever he's a lion tiger, I don't drink tea with em often just when I have enough time to myself to do somthing easing and not so stressful as life generally is, what am I saying it always is even with tea but I least I don't have to act infront of my stuffies, alright ill stop there.

I started collecting plushies a few years ago. They definitely brighten up my nights. I recommend them to everyone. Big ones that you can get a nice hug with are especially comforting. They do wonders for my mental health. :)

You do what you want to make your feel better.
I do the same sometimes but in bed when i cuddle and cry myself to sleep when i get really depressed and sad.
And that makes me feel better and refreshed the next day.

So if that makes you better and feel better and get it out of your system then go for it!

Make sure you stop by a fast food place and get your stuffed animal or plushie a milkshake or some food for keeping you company <3

Other than that i do not care about anything or anyone in this world.

Feels good when I cry myself to sleep and hugging the stuffed animal when the burden of loneliness comes.

I do! I still sleep with my first ever plushie (that I can remember at least). It's a teddy bear that wears a pink T-shirt with "I Love You" on it, His name is literally Teddy, not very creative i know....
Actually, my first ever memory I can recall since I was born was a friend of my mom gifting it to me. We have become inseparable!! When I was a child, I lost it a couple of times but i always found him.

- Once my mom had to drive me about 4 or 5 hours back to where we went on vacation because I forgot it there. Luckily, we were friends with the people who managed the hotel, and when I got there, my Teddy was waiting for me at the hotel's restaurant. They told me he had been helping the servers and even took photos of him doing so. He is my most prized plushie, especially since my mom passed away. We used to play together a lot with Teddy

I have a lot of stuffed animals and plushies. Got a lot when I was a kid and buy myself some occasionally as an adult. Idc what others think, I love them and they help me relax, especially at night; hugging them is so comfortable.

Sometimes, when I'm really anxious and I gotta go out, I bring a plushy in my bag and bring it out to hug it in the most stressful situations, such as when I'm taking public transport. It's super helpful and therapeutic, like I'm channeling all my negative energy onto that plushie.​

I can relate so much to that, I have one plushie that I have since I was born and I sleep with it every night.

I grew up with stuffed animals but rarely slept with them. I was given a bear at eleven which I like for nostalgic reasons but never close to.

Back in April, however, I purchased my own really expensive stuffed animal (I'm frugal with money. If I buy something I know I'm serious about it.) which I won't specify because I'm too close with. I swear he is a friend to me, and I've all but cried. Carry him around in my travels and constantly carass the back of his head and hold his hand. I'm a very sensual and touch starved person, so it's only natural I sleep with him almost anywhere.
