Anyone else oversleep when the weather turns cold?

I've been sleeping for the better part of this week. Seems to happen every year. This basement is colder than the rest of the house. I wake up, then just wanna snuggle up and fall back to sleep.

Wish I could sleep as much as you guys. I get 8-10 hours everyday and I normally can't go to sleep until 3 or 4 am.

I sleep over the day and be awake until 5am sometimes ughh.

Yes everyday and it's hard as all hell getting me out of bed. I absolutely hate the cold not to mention my depression gets ten times worse

I certainly feel like I've just been sleeping my life away lately.

I go to bed crazy early, between 7 and 8pm most nights, and am up between 4 and 5am. Between 8 and 10 hours. I often nap in the daytime too. I love being unconscious and look forward to it all day.

Cold days are nice, but cloudy or rainy days is pretty much the cure to my sleep issues
