Today I was asked; " What does peace look like for you? And What are things you can work on to achieve that peace?" And I'm just sitting here thinking about my plan to die. Daydreaming about sitting in a forest somewhere and committing. That's my peace.
It's sad because they are a good therapist. And there is a chance that with 4-5 years of consistent therapy I could be a functioning human in society. I just don't want that outcome for myself. I don't have the energy nor effort to invest in myself or get better. Yet I keep going to sessions and being dishonest… even though I know how life ends for me.
