• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've been awake for over 24 hours, and while I can't articulate words that well, everything that I think is so much realer, my emotions and the static in my head is almost gone and everything hits like a train, every thought that i have almost makes me want to cry and I can't even muster to cry normally, it's something out of reach but when I'm like this I'm close to killing myself aswel, I feel like when I'll need to do it, I'll need to be awake for a long time before attempting, it just seems like I can finally have a say , my body can't keep me in check anymore and I can finally feel like I'm something other than chemical reactions in a shitty flesh prison. I don't know why that is but that's just how I am when I'm deprived of sleep, I can finally talk and say what's on my mind , I can finally get really angry and sad, something I can't do otherwise.

Anyone else happens to behave like this? I'd help me somewhat if I knew what it was specifically, maybe some of you do know or don't, maybe we can find out, no clue.

Interesting experience. Thanks for sharing. Google claims:

  • Dopamine Release:
Sleep deprivation can temporarily increase dopamine release, which is associated with increased alertness, energy, and focus, leading to a feeling of being "high" or more mentally active.

  • Reduced Inhibitory Effects:
With less sleep, the brain's inhibitory functions (which help regulate impulses and thoughts) may be temporarily reduced, potentially leading to a feeling of clearer, more focused thinking.
