When I was a kid, I only drank tea and juice. Later on I started drinking other kinds of juice and to a less degree soda. All in all, I almost never drank pure water.
I live on gatorade zero and only want to drink water when I'm sick. Water just stays in my belly. I dont like it. I become obsessed when I'm sick though and then immediately abandon it. I need to drink more water.
To a large pitcher of tap water, I add one sliced lemon, three teaspoons of zero calorie Monkfruit sweetener, and some cinnamon or cloves.
I put that in the fridge.
