Anyone else dealing with a mentally/emotional abusive parent?

I'm struggling too much, and it makes me want to CTB quicker and sometimes on impulse

I thinkfully got to yeet mine from my life and they're now only occasionally able to be abusive feks. Abusive parents are the worse, especially if you're in a situation where you're just stuck with them.

I live with my mom. There are times she is mentally abusive. It sucks and it's tough to deal with. She is the only family that i have.

I'm so sorry you have to deal with it too, it is the worst to deal with to me.

i use to. until i moved out and finally told them to never talk to me again or else im calling the cops. i have them to thank for some things, including the bad because in their mistakes i have lessons to learn. like dont do that it hurts. but that doesnt mean ill forget the pain they put me through.

I'm so sorry you've been put through the pain as well, I'm happy you moved out for yourself. I have the choice to but I'm struggling

its ok. moving out is a big change. the ss family will be here for you

Same. My brother mainly makes me want to CTB when he acts up. However my mom was the real abuser and destroyed me. I get random flashbacks that make me want to CTB

my mom was much worse when i was younger, but she still has these anger bursts when something doesn't go her way and a raging victim complex. the only solution is waiting it out and ignoring this type of behavior until you can cut contact, possibly permanently.

Change parent to society because it is true and my parents don't act like parents and don't want to be frankly and you got yourself a deal.

idk how to call it but my whole family is insane, but not in a typical way, like alcoholics or abusers. For example my parents just don't seem to understand anything you tell them, like they have low intelligence, and even if i gave them a cancer diagnosis they would tell me its just my neurosis and nothing is wrong with me. And my brothers don't and won't work till they die after becoming homeless once my parents die. I hate them all and don't speak unless absolutely necessary, while my parents probably still think nothings wrong with me. I dont know, maybe they are mentally slow or something. I have no family or a home to speak of, they mean nothing to me.
