Since I've started to seriously consider CTBing rather than just passively idealizing, my spending habits have been way worse. Most if it is going towards fast food tbh. Anyone else experiencing or have experienced something similar?

I recently stopped caring but now I decided to follow some strict rules before CBT, If I let in my thoughts run wild I will go mad. I got to feel control. I don not have money problems but eating junk food and candy makes me slip, I cannot allow that anymore.

It is actually the opposite for me. When I didn't consider ctb seriously, I would always spend more than I should have. But once I made up my mind, I stopped seeing any point is buying anything. Plus I need to save for my "death trip". All the spare money goes into that fund now.

yeah i spend majority, if not all, the money i get on drugs. don't have a job atm but the government cheques come around just often enough. not enough for the dealer to come around? no problem, i just buy some smokes or a can of beer from the grocery store. no money at all? i just buy on my credit card and just pay off the minimum payment every month. it's a terrible idea for sure but it's pretty clear to see i'm fine with it. i don't see a future for myself anymore, can't even imagine living to see past 30 when i'm still wondering if i'll make it to my next birthday. i'm just living for the moment and getting high does it for me. on the topic, here's some song lyrics from Juice WRLD that i find all too relatable:

See I ain't never really give a fuck
I'll take my whole advance and throw it in the wind
Ayy, huh, like spend money, uh
Throw my life away, uh, spend money
Uh, waste my life away, uh, get money
Uh, waste money, uh, throw my life away, ayy

I'm leaving all my money towards helping animals in need, so nothing has really changed for me.

Yes. I've been reckless on the stock market lately, losing hundreds up to a couple thousand dollars a day. I think I'm subconsciously being careless and blowing up my account on purpose knowing it will drive me to CTB even sooner, after most it is all gone. And its working.

I already did and ran up credit card debt. I wake up every morning sort of panicking about it. I don't recommend doing this unless you have your method waiting and ready to go.

my bank looking at my credit card history probably thinking, "this guy's fucked up" 💀 ... treating it like an all-you-can-eat alcohol and smokes membership for $15 a month...

Yup, I've spent thousands of dollars these past few weeks just on alcohol and treating my friends out. Money no longer has meaning to me.
