Let me go...please

I hate this life. Absolutely. I hate it so much. But I believe life, in general isn't that bad.
After j catch the bus...I want to be born again. I want to be born in the rural part of USA like Tennessee or Alabama or Kentucky. I want good parents who will take care of me and respect my mental health. I want to make some good life long friends and go out on Friday nights. I want a dog. I want lots of cats. I want to feed the cattle. I want to watch sunset and stars with my country girlfriend. I want to have vodka together with her. I just want to be happy. And when I'm about 23 or 24 I want my gf to move in with me. I want to lead a happy life with my kittens and family. Just that. Nothing more. Oh, I forgot. I want a dope gaming PC set up haha.
Life can be good. It's just that my current life sucks. I want to be happy but unfortunately I can't be happy in this life of mine. I'm fortunate to have a long distance friend and I'm scared she might miss me when I'm gone. But I'm going to CTB for sure. I can't take this pain anymore. It's so cruel. I'm dealing with a couple of mental health issues and I'm bulimic. I've stopped taking my meds a couple of months ago.
I just wanted to share this. I want anyone to comment on what they think about reincarnation.
Thanks for the support guys. I love this community.

I do believe in reincarnation too but I also believe in judgement and karma in a way.
Most traditions say that suicides will be reborn in the same life until they figure it out, but I think that's just a way of putting down people who want to leave, religious traditions usually resort to fear when they fail in healing and understanding others. I think no God will put someone who's already in pain in even greater pain.
That said I can't look to my suicide in a positive way or as a positive transformation, I'm extremely ashamed and regretful of the suffering I'll cause, of course not everyone feels the same. If you have that much hopes and desires for life I don't think you should attach to the idea of reincarnation, we're clueless about death in the end and someone who tells you otherwise is often full of bs so please take that into consideration.

The logical me does not believe in reincarnation. I'm set on the idea of religious and spiritual beliefs were created because the conscious mind can't fathom zero consciousness aka the brain dying and the lights going out. If I had to pick spiritual beliefs I'd be okay with reincarnation. I think is the concept of life is beautiful. I think we've all experienced at least one moment in our lives where we witnessed or felt true happiness. If I am reincarnated, I hope it's not on this planet. The universe is far too big for me to respawn back on earth.

no no no. I think you misunderstood me. This is my way of coping through hard situations. I'm having a whole lot of issues to handle and the fact that my university is starting next month is really putting pressure on me.

I like to think we get a choice where we want to go after death. Like do you wanna go into the void and cease to exist? explore the universe? go be with your dead loved ones? or give earth another try in a different body?

Me, I'd choose to explore the universe(and then after go into the void). I'm done with pain. Mentally and emotionally.

I'm sorry you are suffering. It is understandable wanting a better life when you dislike the one that you currently have. I do not believe in reincarnation and I think once we lose consciousness, that is it for us and we return to the same nothingness where we were at before we were born. I find this comforting. If reincarnation did happen to exist, in no way would I want to be human again. I hope you find the peace you are looking for.

If it was true then why did previous forms of human become extinct?

Why was the population at a much smaller number than it is now?

It's just an Eastern version of fear mongering/telling you you're going to hell.

When I was young I preferred to think it exists cause it sounded like an interesting idea, at one point I even thought I was the reincarnation of a WW2 soldier lol silly me.

But now I reaaaallyyy hope there's absolutely no form of reincarnation. It's terrifying. Another life of suffering. Endless lives of suffering to go through. Thinking that I'd be a new whole person without the knowledge I have achieved so far and the very possibility of being a natalist makes me want to puke. No reincarnation please.

On reincarnation, I'm a sympathetic agnostic. But given the certainty of some degree of inter-incarnational amnesia, the consolations of reincarnation are very limited.

Are you sure?

No but if I did, I'd rather be reincarnated into dark souls or bloodborne, with only my fists to fight with, than live another life as a disabled person.

I believe Reincarnation is a trap.

The light people see when near death, is like some source of love, but it´s a trap so people energy can be recincarnated and sucked agian and again and again.
Reincarnatinos is eternal suffering in this prison planet.

When i die, if i really see a light, the first thing i´ll do is run from it.
Be careful when you die, dont rush any decision it´s an unknown plane of existence and i believe it will be filled with traps to bring us back to this shithole.

No. As a materialist and monist, I reject Cartesiam dualism in the sense that I think nothing immaterial and transcendent is part of the human makeup. Or exists anywhere. As I believe Bertrand Russell put it, "When I die, I rot." And if you're rejecting the idea of a soul, I don't see how anything requiring a soul can possibly exist.

I suppose you could argue, as I think some of the later Stoics did, that their version of the deity is material, just of a finer material than our reality, and that the transcendent soul is itself is also material. 'Course they didn't believe in reincarnation either, and I don't find the idea very persuasive. But there might be an argument to be made.

I agree, yet I don't know where transcendent soul is? How is it material without being physical so we can see it and confirm it exists?

Like I said, the idea of the soul as a material object isn't my idea and it isn't anything I believe, so I'm not really in a position to defend such an idea. I just can't find any way to disprove it.

IIRC the Stoics who held this belief thought their version of the soul reintegrated with their version of the Deity upon death, from whom it had originally sprung. I suppose their version of the soul "died" upon reintegration?

There is none, I made it up.
To be honest, it kind of makes sense. When the universe ends; it all starts all over again. Constant cycle.

I've read a lot of compelling material on the concepts of souls, life after death, life between lives, etc. The upshot is that we "go home" to the spirit world between lives and are born with deliberate amnesia. We learn lessons and grow by loving others and enduring hardships on Earth. Karma is achieved and balanced out over many incarnations which is supposedly why things often seem unfair (but are not even meant to be rectified in this life).

I also enjoy reading about NDEs and things like that.

It's all pretty interesting stuff but my logical mind doesn't believe in it.

Well yeah if you consider time stretches out into infinity both to the past and future, coupled with the laws of energy conservation it does have some logical foundation.

On the other hand there are also an infinite number of variables in the chain of causation that lead us to 'our lives', so I dont believe it will ever be exactly the same but I think its very likely that "humans" will exist again.

The funny thing is, if it does happen it would practically only be a snap of the finger away after the death of the universe or humanity atleast, considering there will be noone else who could perceive time.
