Nah last I heard was a shortage but next year should look a bit better. DW markets are dry too and the sources on here are scams so.

I don't think it is. I'll be using a small tent. I'll seal the seams and openings. May throw a tarp over it, if it is warranted. Three chimney starters and three metal buckets to put the hot coals into. The one thing I haven't purchased, yet, but will be, is a CO meter capable of measuring CO levels up to 10000 PPM. This is to make sure that the three buckets of charcoal in the tent will get the level of CO at least up to that level. I plan on running several tests first, complete with measurements of CO levels, to make sure that the three buckets are enough, AND that I can duplicate my protocol for when the actual CTB time comes.

I've given up on N. Going to start researching N2 more, it is becoming more appealing to me. I'm also afraid of SN, but it is there if I need it.

N is my ideal method, so I'm probably going to wait for a while to see if it becomes available again. No idea how long it will take, but I'm not really in a rush to ctb. Good luck to y'all looking at alternative methods though.

Just what I've read around here the last few months. Once the shortage eases I would expect more sources/DW vendors offering it a lot more frequently.

There was a global shortage of the sodium used in manufacturing of N around the start of Covid. And nah there is no alternative to N.

This person had powdered N which is unavailable at the moment. Powdered N is never 100 percent N, and you have to test it in a lab to be certain of the purity. 60 percent purity for powdered N is enough to ctb with, because you were sold 25g of N. The N people are talking about on here is the liquid N. It's purity is higher than 60 percent. It is the same N that vets use to euthanize animals, and the purity isn't in question like it is with powdered N. It comes in the original factory sealed bottle.

Of course I would love some N, more than anything, it's my ideal method. But I really doubt it would ever be an option for me unless there was some kind of legalised euthanasia process available. Even when people were able to get N it sounded so complicated and risky getting it, I read about someone receiving a wellness check after ordering it. It's just sad how in this pro suffering society it seems as though only those who are very fortunate will be able to die peacefully, dying an ideal suicide really does feel like such an impossibility to me.
