Anybody else chew things constantly?

Such as chewing strings of a hooded sweatshirt, toothpick, straw, pencil, finger nails, etc.

Do any of you do this out of nervousness/boredom? Has it hurt your teeth?

Not constantly but I do pretty frequently or I have to be doing things with my hands. Pretty sure it stems from anxiety for me more so than boredom.

No, it hasn't hurt my teeth.
