I imagine they are more or less the same experience?

it's "easier" in my opinion. And especially full suspension, if one does not have a chance to grab anything or to get their feet back on sth it's a 100% method whether it's quick or painful.

What do you mean with experience? I personally think that "kicking a chair" is easier in the end than tightening a rope manually. Both are maybe the same, it's about passing out quickly but the difference is, full suspension cannot be reversed once hanging.

I'm personally not interested in hanging myself, but if that was the only method I would go with full suspension because once hanging correctly there's no way back whether it's painful or not in the end.

Dunno, but maybe I don't get your question right?

Level of suffering etc.

I don't know, I could never talk to someone personally, but I would say if it's done correct and a quick passout is the result, suffering is low, but if a quick passout isn't there suffering might be high due to suffocation. Just logical thoughts.
