Help Anxiety while tryna decide on a method?

Anyone get anxiety when tryna decide on a method?

I go through different methods in my head & the steps to get them, execute etc etc. Often my mind goes in circles bc I have a hardtime deciding.

I get anxious mostly thinking about executing & it going wrong.

How have yall got over this & been able to go through the steps of acquiring your method?

Oh yeah. I'm sure there are many on here with this. I have 4 methods lined up. I have everything. I'll set everything up at the time and go with what, I guess you can say, speaks to me at the time.

Definitely. In my mind, I plan my death very meticulously, but then an uncontrollable factor like my survival instinct appears, and I'm back to square one. Committing suicide is a gamble with your life as the cards, and it's one I'm willing to take my chances on.

For trying to get over this, I try to research the method that's least likely to cause a severe survival instinct... surge? I don't really know how to word it that well, but I think you get what I mean.
