Hi,
As I get closer to CTB and actually booking a place to do it, I become more anxious and lose sleep, which really doesn't help. For me personally, a bad sleep cycle or not sleeping enough really messes me up.
I would really like to be in a positive, peaceful frame of mind, before the act. Not super worried, not tired, not feeling over-responsible or losing sleep.
Does anyone have tips for getting into this state. Thank you.
