Anxiety has shot up

My anxiety is through the roof and this summer isn't helping. A lot of people are enjoying the good weather and such but I just want to curl up and die sometimes. I am going on a short trip to the highlands of Scotland and I have a cosmetic procedure in London soon. I was kinda looking forward to them but they are just distractions from a lifetime of pain and struggle.

I would like to go to the highlands why do you want to go? It sounds very nice.

I would like to go to the highlands why do you want to go? It sounds very nice.

Just to escape from hell for a bit haha. Also, I went there as a kid and have wanted to go back for years but never got round to it. I'm set for Glencoe, Loch Ness, Fort Augustus and Rannoch Moor.
