Anxiety, anhedonia, despair, schizophrenia

Nasty mix right? I am surprised I am still alive after 10 years of this shit. I feel like I cannot keep going anymore, I love my family and friends, but this is too much. I should be happy, I should be grateful. I live in great country with amazing mental healthcare. My country suppose to be happiest country on earth.

You shouldn't be anything other than genuine to yourself. I'm sorry life has dealt you a shit hand, and you shouldn't feel any guilt for not being able to be happy through it. you deserve peace moreso than the people you love deserve to keep you miserable. it is really hard when it feels like you should theoretically have all the good things in life, but as is the way, its not always enough. lots of hugs and love to you

you will make it through this, as you have everything else in your path. its not easy, but there are people who will understand whatever decision you make

i have these plus insomnia...it's pretty terrible...my shizophrenia is not that bad but it came about late in life in my 40s. i honestly don't understand how you lived so long.
