Antiemetics for SN method

I want to ctb with sn and i'm looking into antiemetics.
What exactly should i tell my doctor? I have a history of migraines including with nausea but i have never been prescribed meto.
If i emphasize that i'm also struggling with severe nausea and vomiting is this enough, or might they just prescribe me something else?
