• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm planning to go to the doctor tomorrow to try to get prescribed an antiemetic. My excuse will be that I am vomiting constantly due to anxiety/panic attacks and over-the-counter antiemetics haven't helped enough. Will this work?

Maybe go with severe nausea to the point of you feel like you're going to vomit? I would be concerned that if you told a doctor that you are constantly vomiting that they might order additional testing for you since that's not at all normal or healthy.

Tell them you have a dental appointment and a very active gag reflex. You don't want to vomit on your dentist and hope to preemptively get some antiemetics, cus you're not sure the dentist can prescribe them in time

The less info you give, the better the lie is received. You don't want to pepper them with details, be short and to the point. Be very confident in your success. If you fail, do the same at a small cheap farmacy, they can sometimes give it without a script if you tell them your dentist recommended it
