Method Antiemetic advice and help please

I will be ordering N at the end of this week and I hope it comes and is jot a scam or gets seized, in regards the antiemetic ortho I have done my own research it would be foolish not to ask here what is recommended, from what I understand it has to be a antiemetic that has something to do with dopamine,

Dopamine Antagonists

Domperidone
Metoclopramide
Apparently these two are the ones of choice, I see some people have managed to acquire theses where I am finding it very difficult to get in the UK, can some please help me or tell me any other way I can use available stuff to stop me throwing up the N,

The other antiemetic are

Serotonin Receptor

Ondansetron
Granisetron

Will these work for N??

Secondly, as a back up in case N fails to come. I have methadone and xanax leathal dose, I have never done benzos or opids so I have zero tolerance, regarding this mix dose anyone know how much of both I should take, anything I can add to it to make it more effective, apparently sleeping pill called Oxazepam is good to use with this,

If N fails to come, and I have to resort to this, which I really don't want to coz its not as foolproof as N, what antiemetic should I use for this type of overdose?

Once I have placed the order for N I will post it and keep the forum updated on how it goes, I will test it ad I have a test kit on the way,

PS, is there anything I could use with N to make it more effective? In Switzerland they use 15grams in 50ml of water, the bottles add up 12.4 grams, if I take xanax before the N will this effect how it works or weaken it.

Basicly any advice even if u have not asked and you think could help please share.

If you wanna get Meto, u could go to a doc and tell him you need them bc you suffer from rly bad migraines and get sick bc of it.

In germany you can order meto from a site called Doktoronline.com
(Just use the excuse above if they ask you why you need them. Worked for my best friend^-^)
Dont know if it works for Europe in general or just germany, but ya know, it's worth a try.

Otherwise you could travel to Germany if you have the money. Last year they made a new law, that docs are now allowed to help you with suicide (give you the meds n stuff like that)
Doesn't matter how old or sick you are. If you wanna die, just find a doc, tell him about your situation and hope that he'll help you^^
I mean... Just bc it's legal in Germany now doesnt mean that doctors have to help you. It's up to them if they want to.

So yeah that site is in German, obviously. So I can't navigate that
