Anti-Nausea SN

Hello, I've acquired the SN and tested for purity, but I'm still having challenges getting an antiemetic.

First starters, I have suicide attempt on my record and have to provide records for any prescriptions online which really nulls my chances. I was wondering if my attempt could be successful if without AE if I fast longer?

I won’t be have access to to antiemetics to take with my SN. Would it be a good idea to fast for longer so that don’t have so much to throw up?

From what I've read, whether you take AE or not, expect to vomit. So, make sure you have enough SN.
