Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I check the Metoclopramide interactions with other medications; following Stan's advice. The result is such (the pic).

I want to test Meto, but can I test it if I stop my Pristiq?

How long I must stop my Pristiq to be able to test it or use it for CTB?

Fasting, is it both water and food? In the 48 hours regimen when does the fasting starts?

@puppy9 my dear, the only question I know the answer to is the fasting one: In both regimens you fast for 8 hours before taking SN. A little water is apparently ok. (((Hugs)))

SSRI's with Meto reported problems by some, and so is an abrupt discontinuation of antidepressant. Many experienced tough withdrawal with SNRI like Pristiq/Effexor. People recommend to consult GP for tapering. Discussed briefly, maybe you'd find some insight:

Domperidone works only on dopamine receptors, so could be an option. Meto acts on serotonin as well, which is the problem. Idk. Sorry can't help.
