Another SN Dream

This time I was walking around a part of my hometown, heading for an underpass (which doesn't exist in the real world) to consume the SN. Once I arrived there I realised I didn't have scales or a measuring jug, so my plan fell through. I'm going into town on my chosen date to buy this stuff, so hopefully I can find it!

This dream was followed up with one where my late partner and I were staying in some dingy hotel. Our 'room' was just in the foyer, with staff hanging out on the other side of the room. There were also peepholes into the other rooms on the wall. After we left we were walking through a field, and there were three brown bears there. Not aggressive, fortunately. As we were walking away I could hear one of them making some noise, but they were out of sight by then.

This dream is interesting to me. Firstly, seeing your own CTB ahead of time, with your method of choice, but having it fall through tells me that you're not completely confident that your attempt will be successful. That you got to the brink and realized something was missing. Could this be real life fears that are manifesting in your dreams?

Also, the bears. This immediately stuck out to me because it's such a random thing to see in a dream, but I've seen bears in my dreams often. I believe in dream symbolism and have a huge dream encyclopedia that is well worn. I just looked up bears in dreams for curiosity (and because I'm too lazy to drag out my giant book), and this is what I found.

This is extremely interesting. And I think all of this pertains to your situation from the information you've talked about in the past. I'm curious to know your thoughts.

I'm definitely nervous the attempt will fail, but less due to the tools (I'll easily be able to buy what I need in town), and more from just generally worrying the SN won't work for whatever reason.

I had a look at what bears symbolise in dreams too, and the whole emotional immaturity thing rings true (stupid argument which triggered this whole chain of events etc.). The fact it was specifically 3 bears and they were by and large peaceful, non-aggressive I think is quite interesting.

To me it's crazy how our brains can piece these feelings together and make something appear to us in such a strange way. Every single time I look up dream meanings for specific things, it has always come back accurate. I think that's why I strongly stand behind dream interpretations.

To me, the bears could signify you needing to muster up all your inner strength in order to follow through with your plans, OR mustering up all your inner strength in order to push forward and live. It's all in the eye of the beholder. But it might be worth looking into the meanings of all the different aspects of that dream and trying to come to your own conclusion of what it means to you.
