i used to be very politically involved and discussing politics on fb,
and the tone on there always tends to go sour,
so i had to delete a lot of old stupid political comments. (actually all of them)
i just don't want to be remembered as some angry jerk,
if ever someone would dig up those old political comments.

i regret spending so much time on politics, it really made my mood bad every single day.

anyway... yeah, this is yet another small step towards my suicide.

do you do similar things as preperation to your CTB?

I think your life is your story, you can tell it however you want to! If politics were a big part of your life then why erase it? I guess my point is when you're gone, people will look for answers. Even celebrities once they ctb, we always go back to get a better understanding of who they were and why.

Whatever your political views are is your business. I'm sure you've made some connections on fb discussing it. I personally wouldn't delete anything, I'm not ashamed of anything. I'm sure when you're gone, your loved ones can view your life through your lenses. But ultimately, the decision is yours.

I deleted 80% of my FB content four years ago when I planned on leaving , including childhood and teenage photos. It's as if I was slowly erasing myself from existence.

I think everyone tries to do a bit of cleaning up and tying up loose ends before CTB. Some more than others.

I start giving things away. I let some dollar bills flutter off in the wind the other day. I threw my watch in the lake. Every time I buy a chain, I end up ripping it off my neck. I've torn countless tshirts off of my back in drunken anger and frustration. I simply don't give a shit anymore. I used to argue politics. I don't even care now. It's a matter of time.

I wish I could sell all my collection or give them away, but there are way too many of them and it will raise alarm.
Hate the thought of these things will rot away with my body instead of going to people who would appreciate them.
