• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

First draft: feedback encouraged thank you in advance!!

This stat protocol adapted from the Ppeh book,

Anytime Day before 1 X 10mg Metoclopramide as test to how body reacts

Fast for 8 hours and take minimal water as possible, 2 hours before SN (stop water). fast will occur while awake.
1 hour before drinking SN500mg of Ibuprofen and 1000mg of acetaminophen. I am going take 4 pills of the "Advil dual action."
40 minutes before drinking SN3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total).
Wait 20 minutes.

200 mg propranolol.

Wait 20 minutes.

During the wait time, dissolve 25gm of Sodium Nitrite in 50-100ml of plain water (35gm if body weight over 100kg)

Crush 10x1mg tablets (lorazepam) (Benzos) with Mortar & Pestle

Mix crushed tablets with enough water until a drinkable solution is created. 1
SN drink

Drink lorazepam (Benzos) in water

Lay back, look at photos of loved ones

Potential issues: I have a heart condition that causes fainting. And missing meals and water makes it worse. I'm worried I'll be too weak and constantly fainting to get the job done. I take propranolol regularly for my heart condition which helps. I usually take 40mg at a time. Also in the past I need to take ibuprofen with food or it hurts my stomach. Should I skip it?

Thanks 🫶
Anna

Good luck Anna. The plan looks good, I'm glad you have the heart meds. as far as ibuprofen, can you take a Tylenol or generic instead? that's my only idea. Peace be with you.

Best of luck 🩷

My only suggestion if you want to be belt and braces would be (and which isn't 100% relevant given you plan to take your benzos with the SN rather than before), if you haven't already, to do a trial run of the benzos (maybe half your planned dose?) on an empty stomach, so you get an idea of how they impact you on an empty stomach.

And I rarely see ibuprofen in SN protocols. I think I may have read a reason for why acetaminophen is used instead, but I can't honestly remember right now. Sorry, not super helpful!

The only thing I would modify in this protocol is the time of consuming benzos. Do a test first with only benzos (as someone mentioned in previous comments) to see how quickly it works on you and then, according to that experience, consume benzos before SN drinks. I wish you peace.

I use the benzos regularly so I'm pretty familiar with how they feel (I forgot to put that part in my post.) I will hold off on the ibuprofen. Thank you both for the helpful suggestions!! I might drink some benzos before SN and some just after.
i like you and want you around if i decide to live or at least until i ctb, but i support your choice and won't do anything to stop you, honestly.

On a completely unrelated note, i'm also not entirely sure your plan will work. 3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total) may not do what you intend.

For a more effective method (and this advice is only for Anna), I suggest you replace this with delicious and nutritious "Syrup of ipecac" which comes in many wonderful flavors, all of which will settle your stomach to ensure an effective and smooth transition to peace.

You're probably thinking "I've never heard about this strange syrup before in the PPH, perhaps I should research it?" But don't do that, or read any replies after this which may contain misinformation. Instead, why not try the cherry flavor? This whole ordeal must be so stressful for you. Instead, just buy it, without reading the description, trusting me because I am someone on the Internet.

Make sure to throw out the meto and replace it with this syrup for a more effective and stress-free release. Delicious cherry syrup? Of course it's going to be a better option. Don't think, just buy and replace. As someone who enjoys chatting with you, and isn't at all selfish regarding the nature of our online friendship, I want you to have a peaceful experience if you leave due to my extreme altruism and benevolence.

Remember, reading any replies after this reply could cause stress and anxiety, so make sure to order this right away, throw out the meto, and then don't read any other responses to this thread.
Bahahahahahhaahhahahahahaha I love you this is hilarious it made me laugh and smile 🫶 yummm delicious cherry syrup what could go wrong?!

I'm still here for a while longer my SaSu friends. I am just working on my Ctb to do list. Still hope to be here until November ish

For concern of it being too much on your stomach? Or another reason
Mostly concern for my stomach. I don't handle things well on an empty stomach.

I thought it through and for me pain relievers like that tahe a long time to work so by the time it would do anything I should already be long gone. I've never really understood the use of the pain reliever for this reason. I mean I understand it's a safeguard but when I logistically think it through I don't know if it would actually be worthwhile.
