The anhedonia is setting in so badly now that I might have to go back on sleeping pills. I just don't want to be awake anymore. It's too bad that they quickly cause dependence.

I experienced anhedonia for almost 3 years when I had become a NEET. I was just...a zombie.

Hope you can find something you like so that you don't depend so much on sleeping pills.

Yes pills are addicting I was addicted to Zolpidem for a while. I'm taking a low dose of quetiapine now. 50-100mg. It does help me a lot. But it's hard to wake up in the morning. The only side effect is also a few weird dreams. My doc said it's not as addictive as benzos and the same kind.

Shrooms helped ne a while with Microdosing but Well they are illegal in Most countries
