I know the ultimate goal when shooting oneself in the mouth is to hit the brain stem. I am wondering what angle is required to hit the brain stem. Some sources say 15 degrees upwards, others 45 degrees upwards, and some even say slightly pointed downward. What angle should I point the gun?

What are you using? Shotgun? Handgun? Rifle? Ammo? Muzzle loaded?

Muzzle loaded

Alrighty. Well, I am going to assume you're using a pistol. So.

Assuming you have the correct bullets for it (50 cal hollow points) you're going to want to aim.

I should have clarified - I am still not old enough to buy a handgun so it will have to be a rifle.
