Anyone else struggled with extreme anger and rage in their life?
I have always had temper problems, sometimes violent, going back as far as preschool.
Extreme anger at any injustice, often got into fights and trouble.
A big part of my suicidality I think is having all that rage and nowhere to put it. I tried channeling it into productivity but ultimately that only made things worse and ended up with me burnt out and suffering neurological problems. There is also an element of sexual repression here since intimacy is a good way to work through such emotions and I haven't had much intimacy in my life.
Probably all suicidality comes back to not having enough intimacy one way or another, and negative emotions building up and festering as a result.
